From the 21st century, people in the world lined up at the same starting line and began rapid development and radical reforms. The countries of BRIC, in particular, account for 40% of the world population. They are aiming for great development and reforms on the basis of enhanced infrastructure development, which plans to utilize global resources. The development activities of such resources cause critical problems for the global environment in various aspects, which have been spreading all over the world as serious issues. In such a time, a financial crisis began in the U.S. in September 2008, which has led to a global economic depression called a “once-in-a-century crisis.” The price of scrap iron fell sharply from 70,000 yen to 10,000 yen, which had previously struggled for three years at prices below 10,000 yen. Further in the past, the scrap iron industry experienced turmoil before and after WWII; the industry, therefore, is said to be strong against economic downturns. We are striving to develop the technology that maximizes the added value of metal recycling. Our business aims to establish the coexistence of returns to local communities and profits to our business partners on the basis of environmental conservation. Our employee training is dedicated to improve the lessons and technology so that the employees will be able to respond to the request of local communities and our customers in a sincere manner. |
